Burn Fat, Not Muscle - Lose the Belly By Dennis White
People work hard to tone their body and enhance muscle density. Then, just as they pile some flab, they begin to lose their muscle to shed the flab. Hey! Hold on. All you need to tackle obesity or that extra flab is lose belly fat. The muscles can very well stay.
Unfortunately, many of us who wish to get an inch thinner lose muscle in the process? Try resistance training. It has dual benefits. First, it lets you tone your muscles and build muscle mass. At the same time, it increases the heart rate and heightens the metabolism. Automatically, body begins to shed calories and loses fat.
Choose proteins and carbohydrates with caution. Wheat pastas are a carbohydrate that does not increase the weight while helping with muscle development. Eat Whey proteins. Your muscles will grow with these high protein supplements. At the same time, the body will be infested with a pleasant party feeling. Naturally, it would shed fat.
In fact, let's face it. Not many people know the difference between weight loss and fat loss. Trust us; these two things are as different as chalk and cheese. While fat loss implies shedding the body fat, weight loss can mean losing both fats and muscles. In fact notional weight loss can also be achieved through losing water.
Just look to do those exercises which can take care of belly fat and you will be a happier lot. Brisk walking with shortened strides is a nice way to lose belly fat. It heightens the heart rate through a rhythmic motion. This is enough to burn calories and shed fat.
While being overweight adds another dimension to the advent of diseases, muscle mass can be really healthy and help to keep the lean body mass intact. Be prudent, shed the belly fat and you will have half the battle won in life.
